At Korean Glam, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and on time.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, public holidays, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping or COD charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Korean Glam will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
