Refund policy

At Korean Glam, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or received in a wrong condition.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Unboxing videos and clear photographs is required for verification.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, wherever applicable.

Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of verified product defects or damage.
